coming back from school a lot better, than now, carrying an umbrella even
though we want to let go of ourselves. And all because now we think, 'what
would the others say,' rather than 'I'll listen to what my heart says.'

Today the music industry lost its Bharat Ratna and a
versatile singer/director/composer and poet. But Hazarika’s inspiring and
National Award Winning melodies, ‘Ganga behti hai kyun (bengali version:
Bistirna Parare),' and 'dil hoom hoom kare,' lives on in our hearts forever.

Durga Puja Realization...

The non-stop 'dhunuchi' dance to the undying rhythm of
'Dhaki', seems like a bliss even with scalded knees. And somehow dancing on the
stage/mandap brought back the wonderful memories of the good old days; alongwith
the realization that... it’s time to move on!
